The DigitalFoto BQ01 Microphone Boompole Quick Release System is perfect to make changing out mics fast and efficient with a flip of the lever lock mechanism. It comes with a 3/8"-16 screw head that screws in the bottom of a shockmount or blimp, and with a 1/4"-20 head that screws in the bottom of a compatible mic-holding device.
