Delivery time

For products that are in stock with us or in our external warehouse, the delivery time is 1-2 days (Depending on shipping address)

The average delivery time is generally 5 to 10 working days for items that are not in stock with us, but are with our supplier(s).
The items you ordered that are not in stock with us are in some cases first transported by our suppliers from abroad to our warehouse in the Netherlands. Some other items can sometimes be delivered quickly.

Order procedure

You will find the products in the categories. Then choose the products you want to purchase by clicking on the shopping cart button.
If you want to purchase more than 1 item, click on "Continue shopping".

If your shopping cart is filled to your liking, choose the desired shipping method and click on "checkout".
Now enter your name and address details and choose a payment method.
Optionally, you can enter a username and password so that your details are automatically filled in with a possible subsequent purchase (this is optional). Click "Next"
Check your order and address details.
Click on "Next" (to pay via iDEAL, PayPal, etc. or prepayment) and your order is placed. You can also print your order afterwards.

Payment Options and Conditions

We deliver our articles throughout the Netherlands and Western Europe
We currently offer the following payment/shipping options for processing orders in the Netherlands:

• Ideal, the most used and safe payment method
• PayPal with additional possibility to pay by credit card (Attention! Administration costs apply)
• Payment in advance (Total amount of order + shipping costs)

Shipping of multiple items can of course be combined in 1 order to save postage costs!

Collection is not always possible, due to the fact that certain items can only be shipped from a warehouse located at a different location.
Certain items can only be shipped directly from a supplier!
It is therefore not possible to pick up here!
The size and weight of the articles are also important for the pick-up address.
If you definitely want to pick up, please contact us in advance about the possibilities and to make an appointment immediately.

Postage costs

Shipping costs calculated on the basis of TPG shipping with Track and Trace and with increased liability, so more certainty!

Packages are sent in proper sturdy packaging.

Shipping rates for the Netherlands for orders < € 100.00:
With a total weight per order of 0 to 23 Kg. - 8.95 euros
Rates for all other countries are shown before checkout.

Prices

All prices include 21% VAT (Dutch VAT percentage).

Payment and Delivery

Orders are only delivered after payment via Ideal, PayPal, etc. or after payment in advance.
It is also possible to pick up certain items, but only by appointment!
Pick-up address may be elsewhere for large shipments!

Orders will be shipped as soon as possible after receipt of your payment. If ordered items are not in stock, we will let you know as soon as possible after looking at possible alternatives.

Legal disposal fee

As of January 1, 1999, a new legal regulation has come into effect for the environmentally responsible processing of old electrical appliances. When purchasing these items, the "disposal fee" is paid by Photovideoproducts. All stated prices are therefore inclusive of the disposal fee due.

Back orders

Any subsequent deliveries are always sent free of charge.
